Alright, looking at the available sushi, I immediately realized that when comparing them with Yakimix, the selection is a bit narrow. However, dropping the benchmark, we can still say that the selection is fine!

The available sushi were as follows: Las Vegas Maki, Grilled Salmon Maki, California Maki, Ebi Ten Maki, Kani Ten Maki, Katsuo Maki, Spicy Crab Maki, Green California Maki and Futo Maki

For the sashimi, they have only the Maguro or Tuna Sashimi, Ika (Squid) Aburi Sashimi and some other ones I forgot to list down. Sadly, they weren't serving any Salmon which is my ultimate favorite when it comes to sashimi. However, I didn't dwell on this anymore because the tuna was really good because of its freshness!

As a Filipino-Chinese foodie, I can say that I was able to enjoy the dimsum! Unfortunately, The Buffet isn't serving Shrimp Hakaw anymore, but that was just fine because I enjoyed the other ones available.

In case you want something else, you may want to go for some Mongolian rice dishes! You can choose from ready-to-be-made ones, but you can also choose your own ingredients.

Aside from the Sushi and Sashimi, I also love the Pasta station in every buffet I go to. I find it always interesting how different methods of cooking and ingredients change the flavors of the pasta!

Here in this awesome buffet restaurant, you can ask for your own crepe, although the selection isn't too wide to have a lot to choose from.

You can choose between mangoes, banana or blueberry. Of course, you may opt to include everything together, but I doubt if that will taste nice.

Before I end this blog feature, I just want to highlight the Brazo de Mercedes! Sadly, I wasn't able to taste it, but my mom did, and she said it was awesome. For me, I just love Brazo de Mercedes, so just seeing it made me super happy!
